AGENDA for JANUARY 15, 2005

The real kicker is heat! The looming decline of the global supply of Natural Gas is going to leave most businesses and homes around the world without an affordable supply of space heat. Also the expansion of the electricity generation base will be stopped as most of the recently developed generation sites are depending on natural gas for fuel. The heat solution can only come from two sources. Redevelop all buildings as solar heat traps and provide peak heating from the heat of co generation of hydrogen fuel cells. Vast arrays of wind turbines and solar arrays can provide electricity. Any excess of demand, through electrolysis, can be stored as hydrogen. Lots of work, lots of jobs to rebuild all that infrastructure. MID 2006 FOR THE OIL BUST- CLOSE !!!

1. Greetings and Introductions: Chapter President, John Gotthold, greets all attendees and asks each attendee to state their name and a short synopsis of their background and what they hope to learn by attending the meeting. 10 min.

2. Technology update: Cheap and locally produced hydrogen is an absolute necessity. Solar array electricity through electrolysis. Wind turbine electricity through the grid and electrolysis. Direct solar array electrolysis. Bio pond hydrogen generation. We review all of these local ways to make hydrogen. SOLAR BREAKTHROUGH TAPS INFRARED - 30% ARRAYS ???

3. Association American Hydrogen - Silicon Valley Chapter - local initiative: There is a hydrogen refueling station within fifty miles. At the AC transit terminal in San Jose. If you are a bus you can fill up any time. Can you disguise a GM SEQUEL AS A BUS - I WANT ONE !!!

4. Consumer hydrogen power - again, Japan: They intend on having 50,000 hydrogen fuel cell powered cars on the roads by 2010. The same date that the US auto makers intend to begin selling and most of the US vehicles will be hydrogen piston engine at that time.

5. Solar Hydrogen Energy System: Complete listing of all required components for putting together a complete Solar Hydrogen lifestyle are being listed on the http://www.ahasvc.org web site. The Hydrogen Harley or H-HOG is progressing!

6. Video: Back to the beginning - The Solar Hydrogen Economy, by Harry Braun. His vision!
