4. Government Support to Hydrogen: M-1 money supply goes up to finance the deficit. Gasoline expected to hit $3.50 by summer. 6. International Efforts for Hydrogen: Canada creates C$1 billion clean energy and carbon capture fund. China tells rich nations to cut carbon 40% for starters, to focus on renewables! Scottish power turns on largest onshore wind farm in Europe, 333 MW. China to enforce greener refrigerators and air conditioners, new focus on solar. Australia's largest wind farm approved. China installed wind to 30,000 MW in 2010. China - alkaline fuel cell membrane. Canadian team major breakthrough in lithium battery - up to three times the power!!! Hot water and cheap electricity in Israel.
