California mandates to utilities now has WIND up to five percent of power produced int the state. California hydrogen fuel mandate! Fort Carson, Colorado -2020 energy independence! Hawaii at 25.1 cents per ave kilowatt-hour. Seventeen US states enzct FC friendly policies.Ireland say no to hydrogen!
